Yes, you can! If you invest via a legal entity, you will need to register it on Roundtable and follow our KYB procedure before finalizing your investment.

### What are the steps to invest in a deal with Roundtable?
1. Commit to the deal on the platform.
2. Do your KYC/KYB - identity verification is key.
3. Sign documents - once all investors have committed and have their KYC/KYB approved.
4. Wire funds to Roundtable - you can wire the funds to Roundtable. All information will be available on your subscription bulletin.
5. SPV registration by Roundtable - once all investors have signed their documentation and wired funds.
6. SPV wires funds to the target - once the SPV is incorporated. 
7. Receive your investment documentation - once the deal is completed, Roundtable will send you all the documents related to your investment.

### What are my liquidity options?
As a co-investor in an SPV, you will be able to sell your SPV shares in two scenarios:
- if you find a buyer for your shares; or
- if the SPV receives a purchase offer for the shares held in the target.
